TERMS

Use MOVE with care.

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms explain the role and limits of MOVE, a student wellbeing app.

Who may use MOVE

You must be at least 18 years old to use MOVE.

What MOVE is—and is not

MOVE helps students build routines, take movement breaks, reflect privately, practice skills, and find support. It supports everyday wellbeing; it is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. It is not a clinical service, and using it does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

In an emergency

MOVE is not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911 in Canada or your local emergency number, or contact a crisis line such as 9-8-8 in Canada or 988 in the United States.

Your account and privacy

Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for information about data, permissions, and choices.

Community rules

Be kind. Do not impersonate others, harass or bully, post harmful or illegal content, give medical advice, or encourage self-harm. MOVE may remove content or suspend accounts to protect the community.

Safety limits

MOVE may show crisis resources, limit features, or point you toward human help. It does not provide real-time monitoring, emergency response, or a guarantee that another person will see what you enter.
